M-ASSive After Exams Party!!!
M-ASS is proud to present the first ever MASSive After Exams Party...
Thursday 25th 8pm - 3am

Head on down to the European Bier Cafe and come celebrate the end of your exams with those crazy M-ASS kids, who you should be aware by now, know how to Party! If a night of rowdy Arts Kids isn't enough to entice you, those crazy M-ASS committee peoples have also whipped up these drink specials! $3.50 pots of Stella $4 Wine and Sparkling $5 Basics ALL NIGHT LONG... that's what she said. Tickets are $8 early birds, $10 at the door Early bird tickets will be on sale from the M-ASS office (G12 Old Law Quad) between 11-4.30pm 22nd-25th June. Remember to get your tickets early folks - you sure as hell don't want to miss out on this last Shindig for Semester 1! The Awards Night for the Essay Competition will be held on Wednesday the 5th of August. PREVIOUSLY ON M-ASS M-ASS vs SSS RIVALRY! The annual M-ASS/SSS Rivalry happened once again in April of 2009, and boy was it awesome! With three events spanning Theatresports, Dodgeball and Ye Olde Drinking Games, the event was an enormous success for all involved. (and a darn good bout of fun too!) Congratulations to SSS who emerged as the victors (Noooooooooo!)nd thankyou to everyone who participated or helped out at eac of the three events. A brief summary of each competition: THEATRESPORTS: SSS won. Mainly due to the fact every M-ASS gag ended in "Ya Mum" and with no pants on. DODGEBALL: SSS won, thanks to their Superhuman Formula stolen from Steve Rogers. Special mention to Meltem and her elite ball blocking skills (her face) DRINKING OLYMPIAD: M-ASS totally owned after SSS failed to provide a team to compete with (they were on a pub crawl). Note: Three Legged Races hurt.... See you next year SSS (Mwuahahahah!) ------------------------------------------- M-ASS HELPS OUT WITH A REAL ASS (and a DUCK!) Over the summer holidays, M-ASS decided to do something for those who are not lucky enough to be our fellow students here in Melbourne. With a little help from Oxfam, the committee members gifted a Donkey and a Duck (with a cape!) to families in Africa and Indonesia.
PROSH VICTORY - M-ASSpoon is too big BREAKS A 12 YEAR ENG/SCIENCE WINNING STREAK!
Congratulations to the 2008 Arts Prosh Team (fondly named M-ASSpoon is too big!) for their magical 810 point win! For those of you unfamiliar with Prosh, a close win is usually considered to be several thousand points, so every incredible prosh-ite who helped out is well deserving of their victory!
